Submissions for the IFI Design Excellence Awards are open for all Interior Architects and Interior Designers associated to a national or regional professional organization that is affiliated with IFI. An overview of IFI Full Members, Associate Members, Institutional Members and Educational members can be found at IFI’s website, www.ifiworld.org.

Submitted projects must have been completed between January 1st 2007 and June 30th 2009 and must have been awarded or recognized in a national or regional award- or recognition scheme. Projects can be submitted by individual designers, corporate design firms or through IFI member organizations. All individual and corporate submissions will be presented to the local IFI member organization for confirmation of eligibility.

IFI is committed to ensuring that interior design takes care of the environment, with sustainable futures. So IFI is introducing a separate award for sustainability. Projects that are submitted to any of the categories below may be entered twice for sustainability award if the project is believed to deserve recognition.
