By submitting an entry, submitter warrants that he/she is the sole designer, creator, or has permission to use copyrighted components, including photographic material, and further warrants that the project submission does not contain information considered by any other third party to be confidential. Submitter declares that the Client, the Photographer and all parties entitled have agreed in entering this publication and award scheme and indemnify IFI and/or its liaison(s) against any claims from third parties and relinquish all rights, including copyrights, with regard to this publication. By submitting an entry submitter authorizes APID or its liaison(s) to publish the submitted data in any publications regarding the IFI International Interiors Award and IFI GA and Congress 2009. APID will not provide any material to third parties without submitter’s prior written consent.

General Terms and Conditions

Each entry must meet the requirements as specified in the entry form. Any nonconforming entries will be disqualified. Altered, defaced, mutilated, illegible, or incomplete Entry Forms and/or submitted data are not eligible and will result in disqualification of entry without refunding of the primary entry fee.

APID is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) lost, late, delayed, damaged, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or misdirected entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, partial, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of APID that may cause the Awards scheme (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of a prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of a prize, or from participation in Awards; (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials,; (vii) or any regional, state, autonomous, or local laws or regulations violated during the creation of the entries by the submitters.

Each submitter agrees to release and hold APID harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Aircraft Interior Design Competition Award, or resulting from publication or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injury, death, property damage, and claims based upon intellectual property infringement, publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
